Vino & Vino... & Política.   En la cultura griega clásica, el vino era el alimento básico en torno al cual giraban la filosofía, el arte, la poesía, la religión, la música y la vida política.  Es un Gran Vino Opus One?  Yo así lo sostengo y este pensamiento , sentimiento , proviene de mi cuarto privado donde solo entro yo. Es mi cellar donde mis sueños se desparraman con aroma a fiesta de las buenas y donde la elegancia natural nunca es atropellada.  Donde el factor económico   snob que es enarbolado en las mástiles de la Embajada de la Ignorancia , nunca será invitado ni para un análisis de la educación costos versus beneficios. Tampoco el guardián de mi cellar, nunca lo dejaría entrar.' Mama Mercedes , mi Sra. Mamá , sentía un placer indescriptible por este Opus One . El Opus One 1979-1980-1981 y 1984, fueron sus favoritos. Y antes de partir ella de este Mundo, sabia que él de 2016 seria uno de los Grandes. No se equivocaba a juzgar por el precio por botella de este Opu

Wine & Wine….& Politique In classical Greek culture, wine was the staple around which philosophy, art, poetry, religion, music and political life revolved. Is Opus One a Great Wine? I hold this Interrogation and this feeling thought comes from my private space where only I enter. It is my cellar where my dreams spread or fly with the aroma of a good party and where natural elegance is never run over. Where the snobbish economic factor that is raised on the masts of the Embassy of Ignorance , will never be invited even for an analysis of the equation costs versus benefits . Neither will the guardian of my cellar let this entity enter. A wise and well-known winemaker told me that wines are sensitive to alien aromas. Foreign to their nature and can spoil a creation where Mother Nature can never repeat the same conditions that led to create that unique work of art. The beauty of this wine, its genuine quality cannot be manufactured in a laboratory, much less with a computer or
